Frederick Robbins (1893 - 1974) Born in Oak Park, Illinois, Frederick Robbins was a portrait painter, etcher, lecturer, teacher and writer. Member of the California Society of Etchers Painter, etcher. Born in Oak Park, IL on May 8, 1893. Robbins studied at the PAFA. During the 1920s he maintained a studio-home in San Francisco and further studied at the CSFA under Macky and Randolph.
