Geoffrey Clarke RA (28 November 1924 – 30 October 2014) was a sculptor of ecclesiastical art and maker of stained glass. Clarke was a pioneer in a golden age of British sculpture and his fearless experimentation with new materials and processes saw him create works that epitomise the vibrancy of the post-war British art scene.

Geoffrey Clarke was born in 1924 to an artistic family. His father, an architect and etcher, encouraged Clarke to use his own press at home. After brief studies, Clarke served in the RAF throughout WWII. Printmaking aside, he became highly proficient at glasswork and his success in stained glass gained him notable commissions, including four windows in Lincoln Cathedral.
