George Davis. Born 1930. George is a Tasmanian artist who lives and works in Hobart. Studied at the Royal Academy Schools under Bernard Fleetwood-Walker (1892-1965) and in his early career travelled in UK , Ireland & Europe. Was a part-time teacher, painting Hobart Technical College (under Carrington Smith) and later for the Adult Education Board.
