George Fairley . Born: 1920, UK, Scotland, Dunfermline Died: 2003. Painter. Studied at Edinburgh College of Art and served in the RAF during the Second World War. Moved to Wales in 1946 where he taught at Swansea School of Art between 1947 and 1962. He then taught as Head of Foundation Studies at Croydon College, 1962-82.
