Richard George Hinchcliffe was a British visual artist who was born in 1868. Several works by the artist have been sold at auction, including 'Portrait of Miss Upward, c. 1930' sold at Shapiro Auctioneers 'Fine Furniture, Paintings, Decorative & Asian Arts' in 2015. The artist died in 1942. Richard married Florence Williams 1890 in Liverpool .
