George Palmer is a graduate of the Albright Art School and received his BFA degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He studied at the Art Students League in New York City where he began painting on commission. After returning to Buffalo he opened a studio and gallery where he exhibited the work on Western New York Artists.
