Glenn Ostergaard Born and raised in New Jersey, 30 minutes from New York City, Ostergaard was exposed to the world of art at an early age. His father, a professional commercial and industrial photographer gave him his first lessons in art. Trips to NY museums and galleries stimulated his visual imagination and convinced him this was his world.

Nov 18, 2008 · Wearing white gloves and a focused facial expression, Glenn Ostergaard maneuvers gingerly as he positions Red Ribbon, a cast-glass sculpture by Christine Cathi, between two other works of studio glass — Roll of the Dice (2008), a painted, fused and blown, cast, and polished piece by Scott Chaseling, and the cast Child’s Dress (2006) by Karen LaMonte — on a wicker cabinet.
