I am a Derbyshire artist and illustrator based in Ashbourne, and an art and design teacher. I studied printmaking at Chelsea College of Art and I now work in a range of media including combinations of drawing, painting, digital imaging, printmaking and photography.

Graeme Reed's recent series of screenprints playfully juxtapose conflicting fashion dilemmas with brazen posturing, to tease us with these everyday predicaments. He uses the process of combining and ‘layering’ disparate fragments from different sources, including magazine imagery, photography and his own drawing, which all adds to the sense of disorientation and ambiguity in the work.

Graeme Reed graduated from Chelsea School of Art in 1989 with an MA in Fine Art Printmaking. He has exhibited widely contributing to a number of mixed exhibitions. Highlights include, 'Love Letters' at Gallerytop Rowsley, Derby Print Open and Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair 2019.
