Lyle Wilson is a Haisla artist from Kitamaat Village, which is near the town site of Kitamat, British Columbia, Canada. The Haisla tribe is often referred to as Northern Kwakiutl, however, their historic artistic style has influences from various sources – notable Kwakiutl and Tsimshian, as well as developing distinctive qualities of their own.

Haisla. Hollie Bear Bartlett is a member of the Haisla Nation and her family crest is Killer Whale, revered for its strength and skill as a hunter. Hollie began her artistic career when she moved to Vancouver and worked as a photographer for Kahtou News: The Voice of BC First Nations.
