Most artists living outside the USA have access to a government-sponsored health plan. Association members living outside the USA will have access to all other benefits of the association.

Jan 17, 2014 · I am a young, single, full time artist who makes under $30,000/year. I haven’t had health insurance since i quit my day job in 2011. I looked into ACA and the best they could do for me was $200/mo coverage with a $3000 deductible. to me, being young and healthy, its a waste of money. Id rather pay the 3% penalty.
