Berlin-based artist Helga Wretman began her ongoing project ‘Fitness for Artists’ – a performance that doubles as an exercise class – in 2010. Originally from Sweden, Wretman grew up fully aware of the possibilities (and limitations) of the body: firstly, through studying dance and, later, through her alternative career moonlighting as a stunt double for television and film.
