ARTIST PROFILE. Joseph David Kashetsky was born in Saint John, New Brunswick in 1941, older sibling to artist Herzl. Joe studied fine art and commercial art under Saint John artists Ted Campbell and Fred Ross at Saint John Vocational School.. During the latter part of his short life, he lived in Fredericton where he was a director and part owner of the Cassel Galleries.
