Founded in 1968, the Starving Artists' Show is annually hosted on the Mount Mary University campus, the Sunday after Labor Day. It features local and national artists who work in pottery, fiber, photography, painting, sculpture, glass and more. All artwork sold is priced at $100 or less.

It used to be two days, Saturday and Sunday but this year it's one day only, Sunday. The sale, this year, was on January 3, 2016 from 11 am to 4 pm. The art sales event happens around the same time of year, every year.
