To paint on the tops of buildings, or underneath overpasses, folks will sometimes hang over the edge with someone else holding their feet. Kind of a trust building exercise, I suppose. A friend of mine also had a grappling hook, which he used frequently to hang beneath high structures and position himself for “impossible” graffiti spots.
