Aug 07, 2011 · Two things: 1) You need to make sure all the music is linked (right click on an album or track and if there is "more about this album" you're linked). 2) Once you've resync'd, depending on how much music you have, it can take 1-2 days to completely load all the background info. This is done when your zune says "sync complete".

Nov 16, 2010 · I could be that your not letting the sync finish, i know with the zune HD while it syncs it says syncing once the music is on the zune it says sync complete But you have to wait until it says just "complete" to get the backgrounds also make sure all of the artist are tagged correctly EDIT: i didnt see ckacey post, my bad

And haven't fixed that and Now I'm trying to suss out my artists images as background images on my trophy whilst in the zune application. So far after resarching for a few hours, It only works in the US.
