Mar 31, 2020 · The issue is an unresolved conflict between Artisteer and the default Joomla 3 Administrator Template (isis). A work around is to temporarily change the Administrator default template from "isis" to "Hathor". This allows the import of the content. After successful import of the content change the Administrator default template back to "Hathor".
