Jan 21, 2012 · So my iPod touch isn't sorting artists correctly. The last "A" artist is the first artist in "B", the last "B" artist is the first artist in "C" etc. This is really annoying me and I need to know how to fix it, anybody know what's wrong or how to fix it?

Jun 23, 2005 · Open your ipod up in Itunes, and then find the album that you are after (under the ipod menu, not the itunes library) and simply click Artist. I must have, at sometime chosen alphabetical by song. As soon as i cliked artist, it changed back.

Nov 20, 2016 · These are the only things I can think of, since by default, the main Music library on any iDevice is set to alphabetical order. Actually on the first part of the sentence Sean pretty much explains it all and has always been the way iTunes works and installs by default unless the user changes it.
