Jack Koonce received a Bachelors degree from Weber State University in Utah, then taught art and biology prior to embarking upon a fulltime career as an artist. His work has been shown in dozens of museums nationwide, and is exhibited at numerous galleries.

JACK KOONCE Born in Sun Valley Idaho, Jack is a self taught artist with a love for nature, he uses oils to express images of landscape and wildlife. Many of his paintings reflect scenes of Glacier National Park. He is a member of the Oil Painters of America and regularly shows in the Thomas Gilcrease Museum exhibit “American Art in Miniature”.
