British Sculptor The daughter of an Irish vet, Jan grew up in the English countryside, trained at Colchester Art School and worked in Verona, Italy under sculptor Mike Noble. Her first visit to Africa in 1985 had a profound influence on her work. She now divides her time between Lake Chivero in Zimbabwe and the Somerset Levels in England.
