Norman Foster and Nicholas Grimshaw have led the profession’s tributes to the pioneering design director Jane Priestman, who has died, aged 90. The former design manager at the British Airports Authority and British Rail, who worked with Foster on Stansted Airport and helped commission Grimshaw for Waterloo Station, died peacefully last month.
