Joe Simko is an NYC based artist who illustrates and writes for Topps’ Garbage Pail Kids and Wacky Packages.He is the CCO of Wax Eye which has released the Cereal Killers and Stupid Heroes trading cards in which Joe also illustrates and writes. Joe is also the Co-Director/Producer of the GPK documentary film, 30 Years of Garbage: The Garbage Pail Kids Story.
