Description: Nice early oil on canvas painting by listed New York/Ohio artist John Henry Dolph (1835-1903). The painting is titled "Playful Kittens" and includes four kittens. Painting is signed on the bottom left. In June of 1996 The Chicago Conservation Center cleaned, lined, restretched, Winton varnished, and Maimeri retouched the painting.
