Juanita is most well-known for her illustrations of fine art editions of Shakespeare’s plays and Omar Khayyam’s Rubaiyat. In 1939, Juanita became a full member of the Fort Worth Artists’ Guild and in 1940 she studied landscape painting with Harry De Young.
