Julia Hargreaves was born in Burnley, United Kingdom in 1956. Burnley Lancashire is an industrial town 30 miles North of Manchester. Julia Hargreaves’ education includes a Masters of Art, Masters in Business Administration and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing. She met her husband in 1980 and in 2001 they immigrated to Canada after visiting Vancouver on a day trip from Seattle.
