From 1981 to 1983, Cronk was a member of Steve Hackett 's band, before joining Roy Hill in 1985 to form Cry No More. He released his first solo album "Mystic Mountain Music" in 2002. Since 2004, Cronk has returned to the Strawbs as their regular bass player.
