One of Jeremiah's many grandchildren was Jane Ann Libby. Born in 1855, she became a favourite subject of Lewis Harding, a local Polperro photographer who pioneered the art of collodion wet plate photography in Cornwall in the 19th century. As a child she appears in many of his surviving photographs such as the one shown on this page.

Oct 19, 2012 · Back in 2006 there was a shop in Polperro (which is now the fairy/angel shop) called Libbys Art which sold some really gorgeous colourful paintings. I bought one then and on a recent trip to Polperro stayed in a cottage which had some more amazing art from the same artist.
