Lloyd William Wulf, American (1913-1965) Wulf was born in Avoca, Nebraska on September 2, 1913. Wulf studied at University of Nebraska and later continued his education at the California School of Fine Arts. He became a resident of San Francisco, California from the 1930s to the 1940s working for the Federal Art Project.
