Lucky Jackson knew she wanted to be an artist since ( to her mother’s chagrin) she drew her first portrait on the family room wall. She is best known for trading in those crayons for a needle and thread, and in 2012 she hand embroidered a portrait every day for a year. Always looking for something new to draw on she traded in her needle and thread for a scroll saw and is currently working on a series of portraits …
