Luis “Louie” Aranda, 83, went to be with Our Lord on March 22, 2010. He was born on September 10, 1926 in Cd. Madero, Tamaulipas, Mexico to Onesimo and Esperanza Aranda. Louie was a commercial artist, owner of “Parrot Signs” and “El Perico Record Shop” on Port Avenue. He was an active member of the “Club Social Mexicano”.
