BIO. Luis Garcia-Nerey was born in Santurce, Puerto Rico in 1973. Growing up near the Art Center in Miami, he took an interest in art early on. He attended the New World School of the Arts and went on to pursue his studies at Long Island University, where he honed his skills in painting and sculpture.
