As I understand it (haven't tried new beta version yet), Mp3Tag now associates an Album Artist data entry field to TPE2. This used to be Band, and thus Band is no longer associated to an id3v2 frame. i.e. anyone opening files in this new version would see their "Band" content appear within "Album Artist", and Band would be blank.
