Apr 17, 2009 · Maybe the "Custom Telecaster" decal was put on Muddy's guitar when the revisions were done to it and referred to it being a modified model not to the early '60s Custom model that had the binding. Or maybe the neck that was put on his original guitar came from a Custom.
