Neville Assad-Salha (1954- ) is a second generation Australian whose parents came from Lebanon to South Australia in the 1920s. As Neville Assad (Salha is his family's Lebanon village name) he studied at the South Australian School of Art, taking time out to visit Lebanon and work in a village pottery making large-scale water jars on a kick wheel.
