In February of 2008, a video surfaced of him shouting at, pushing, shoving, and threatening a 14-year-old boy who was riding a skateboard in Baltimore's Inner Harbor area. Riding a skateboard isn't allowed in that area, and Officer Rivieri decided to do his duty.
