Pamela Winegard is a mixed media artist and printmaker. Pam was awarded a 2017 Arts & Science Regional Artist Project Grant. In 2015, she was inducted into the National Association of Women Artist in NYC. Pam was a juried ASC Fall 2014 CSA Program Artist.
