Parks Canada partnered with the Yukon Arts Centre, U.S. National Park Service, and the Skagway Arts Council to facilitate this unique program. In 2020, due to COVID-19, the program partners made the difficult decision to suspend the Chilkoot Trail Artist Residency Program indefinitely.
