Paul Ninas (May 7, 1903—January 1, 1964) was an American artist. He was born in Leeton, Missouri. He began to study engineering at the University of Nebraska before he travelled around the Middle East and North Africa, which inspired him to become a painter. He studied painting in Vienna in 1922–1925.

Born in Missouri and raised in Nebraska, Paul Ninas studied art in Vienna and Paris and traveled Europe before buying a seaside coconut plantation in what is now the Dominican Republic in 1930. He returned to the States a few years later and settled in New Orleans where he continued to paint and teach.
