Apr 17, 2014 · I'm about as far from "top level" as anyone can get, but I dig my Peavey omniac. If I can get around to changing the pickups in my HP Special, I think it will be pretty special too. Now that Peavey has ceased US guitar production, I doubt we'll see any new big name guitar endoresements.

Dec 24, 2013 · As the title suggests, I've just acquired an old Peavey Artist 240 amp. I haven't been able to find much info, but from what I can tell it's got a solid state pre-amp with tubes in the power section. 120 watts, and I think it was made sometime in the mid 1970s to early 80s.
