Phillip Crowe Biography: Phillip Crowe's most important influence in life has been his early years in the outdoors. "My grandfather and my father were quail hunters in southern Illinois. They let me tag along." Crowe's mother, however, was most instrumental in encouraging him to go to art school. After graduating from Ringling School of Art in Sarasota, Florida, Crowe moved into commercial art and advertising.
