Sep 14, 2017 · Do you take into consideration whether a top will get a stain or not? I have a natural maple 10 top from 1997. I've always wondered if that particular top was picked knowing it would be natural. I would certainly say it's not to figured or at least with it being natural it does not look like most of them that get a stain.

Aug 28, 2015 · Hallo, I bought - as I've been told - a Custom Order PRS Custom 22, 10-top with a one-piece-top in Blue Matteo/Matteo Blue with the serial number 4 83165. So it used to be a 2004 model. I would like to know, how long did the wood dry, especially the fretboardwood, before it was fixed on the guitar in 2004 ? Thanks for your answer.
