Pye had a number of sub-labels including Piccadilly, Golden Guinea and the budget Marble Arch imprint. During the 1970s it launched the progressive Dawn label. Pye was very active in the Irish market from the early 1960s onwards and recorded many Irish artists. As times got tougher in the 70s, thing changed.
