There are currently three artist on Rarotonga: "T"; Stormy at Pacific Ink (Stormy is "T"'s niece and was trained by him; and Clive. "T" - Tetini Pekopo is the village of Aroa - he does largely traditional Cook Island tattoos but is developing some interesting conteporary designs using tradition motifs. He is EXTREMELY busy and an appointment is required - he's in the phone book.
