Reginald Mount (1906–1979) was a British graphic designer. Mount was born Edward Reginald Mount, on 4 July 1906. He worked as a designer for various advertising agencies in London in the 1930s, then joined the Ministry of Information at the outbreak of the Second World War. Throughout the war, Mount worked extensively with the designer Eileen Evans.

The Artist. Reginald Mount (1906 – 1979) was a British artist and graphic designer know particularly for his poster designs. During the Second World War he worked for the Ministry for Information producing propaganda and public safety posters. Mount first began working here with Eileen Evans, who would become his long-term collaborator.

Eileen Evans studied commercial art at the Reimann School, London, from 1937 to 1939 . In 1939 she joined the Ministry of Information , becoming a member of Reginald Mount's design team. They continued to work together after the War, both part-time at the Central Office of Information and freelance, and were known as Mount/Evans , though they also undertook individual commissions.
