The Oregon Coast Council for the Arts (OCCA) serves as the Regional Arts Council for the 363 miles of the Oregon Coast from Astoria in the north to Brookings Harbor in the south, encompassing Clatsop, Tillamook, Lincoln, Coos and Curry counties and the coastal towns in Lane and Douglas counties.
