About the Artist: Roger J. Williams (1964-) was born in Logan, Ohio. He studied at Ohio State University before receiving his degree from, and teaching at, Columbus College of Art and Design. He produced many paintings and other works of art from his German Village studio that went on to be featured in many exhibitions and shows.
