Constantin Lucaci (n. 7 iulie 1923, Bocșa Română, Caraș Severin - d. 20 iulie 2014) a fost un sculptor și profesor de sculptură român, laureat al Premiului Herder în 1984, cunoscut mai ales pentru fântânile cinetice pe care le-a realizat, precum și pentru sculpturile monumentale în piatră și oțel, respectiv pentru diferite ansambluri monumentale combinate, inclusiv al acelora de tipul fântânilor cinetice monumentale.
