About Roxanne Smith-Mansell Roxanne lives in Columbus, Ohio, where she works as a graphic/production artist and manager. She creates artwork in her free time and exhibits in local galleries. She earned her BFA from the Columbus College of Art and Design in 1987 and her MFA from Washington University in St. Louis in 1990.

Roxanne Smith graduated from Mount Allison University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. She has had several solo and group exhibitions.
