Nearly all Korean-made models became part of the Artist Series in 1995. In 2001, Samick introduced the Signature Series (Designed by Greg Bennett), which was most likely not intended to replace the Artist Series, but rather to be sold alongside it.

Feb 01, 2015 · The Artist Series used extremely high quality wood, hardware and electronics, and craftsmanship was excellent. There are many various models available. I have 3-the LP type as in this clip, a 60's SG/Les Paul copy, and a jazz box modeled after a high end Gibson seliing in the $10 thousand and up range.

It's a 1991 or 1992 Samick dual humbucker electric guitar from the KR series. The exact model number is difficult to make out, but based upon similar models found in The Blue Book, that guitar is easily worth $350 US Dollars, or 2,350 DKK.

Mar 25, 2002 · Samick is the largest guitar manufacturer in the world. Almost all of the guitar manufacturers mid to low end models are made by Samick in Korea. Basically, if you're paying less than $7-800 for a guitar, it's probably a Samick, no matter what it says on the headstock.
