I have 3-the LP type as in this clip, a 60's SG/Les Paul copy, and a jazz box modeled after a high end Gibson seliing in the $10 thousand and up range.

Mar 25, 2002 · If its an artist series, Get it dude. they are the flagship line and built as solid with good woods as the gibsons. I have a L-5 and it is just like the Gibson. Notice how the cutaway is a little different? that is how Sammick is avoiding a lawsuit with gibson, that is how It is so close to the real thing.

May 11, 2020 · I have a Samick Artist series SG from the 1990's, and it a very well made guitar. Great pickups from the factory, quality wood and workmanship. I sold my Epiphone SG a few months ago because the Samick is so much better the Epi never got played.
