Sep 30, 2009 · On my iPhone I can go to an artist, or even an album, and play all of their music - shuffled, with just one or two touches. Can I not do this as yet with iTunes (v9) ? The only way I can do this is to search for my artist - then select all - then Check all - then play. But I also have to make sure previous selections have not been already ...

At this moment, a "Shuffle All" option isn't in the featured tools of the app. What you can do in case you wish to shuffle all of the artist's tracks, search for the artist desired and under the "Songs" section click on "See All" and you'll be able to play the first song and then use the shuffle option.

Go into your music, type the artists name in the search bar and make sure that 'my music' is selected. then the artist will come up, their albums will come up, then their songs will come up. The "Shuffle" songs option in iOS 8.3 and lower. In the iOS 8.4 version of the Music app, the Shuffle option is gone for Songs.
